My son has not only learned an enormous amount attending classes at the Sulgrave Club, but he has also thoroughly enjoyed himself. The classes are clearly designed to be unpressurised and fun whilst also covering a lot of ground. As parents we have also found the process very friendly and informative with a thoroughly individual assessment of our son's needs and progress and excellent suggestions of how to support his learning at home. I would highly recommend Brandenburg Bent Tutorials and the classes they hold at the Sulgrave Club to anyone considering extra classes for their child.

Quite apart from the fact that she is an excellent tutor, Sherry has the added ability of being able to inspire a love of learning in the children that she teaches. My seven-year old loves his sessions with her and considers them a highlight in his week. 

He does his best work for her and has improved significantly in all areas of his work under her kind and rigorous guidance.

Sherry is an exceptional educator with a true love and interest in education. In addition to being an excellent teacher, Sherry is extremely helpful and resourceful, and the Sulgrave offers invaluable enrichment classes for each child preparing for the 

7+ and 8+ entrance exams. The attention that Sherry and her team of teachers give to each child is remarkable. 

The Sulgrave's week-end classes and the mocked exams are excellent preparation for the real exams.

Brandenburg Bent Tutorial's classes at the Sulgrave Club is a total gem! It is a highly guarded secret that has been passed around from family to family who are looking to take the 7+/8+ at top London schools. The team has been wonderful, despite the fact that there is a fair amount of work to go through, the atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable. My child got into our first choice school - we can not be happier!

Initially I was apprehensive about sending my son for weekend classes thinking there would be too much pressure on him. However, he thoroughly enjoyed his time at the Sulgrave Club. The classes are pressurized with a lot of individual attention. Sherry has been very accessible through the process whenever we needed advice. Brandenburg Bent Tutorial's classes at the Sulgrave Club was a critical component of our son's preparation for the 8+ exam.

The Sunday sessions became part of our routine and helped take the pressure off doing the work with our son at home.

In the weeks prior to the 8+ exam, the practice exam was particularly useful. The exam showed that our son had a weakness in writing. We were able to get him enough help then to pass the exam.

We would like to thank Sherry and the whole team. It is no understatement to say that meeting Sherry for an assessment and then moving on to some tutoring, changed the path of our son's school career. He, after a rigorous assessment process, was awarded at coveted place a Kings College School. He himself is so thrilled and excited about that (as are we!).  Before we spoke to Sherry, and our son attended a (most enjoyable!) assessment with Sherry we had not even considered KCS.  There is no doubt that your kindness, insights, enthusiasm and motivation was transformative for our son.

"Through home-schooling my child last summer, I soon realised that he would need extra support to get through his 10+ exam. Just a term of tutoring, using specialist subject teachers, guiding advice from Sherry and a dose of encouragement, my child will be going to his school of choice in September! He started the process feeling under-confident and slow to complete tasks. He now completes timed Maths test with ease and is able to write engaging stories, feeling good about his abilities."
